Low temperature saunas as treatment for illness?

D: Can you tell a little bit about your background and how you got started with all this?

I worked as a journalist for 20 years and the last 10 of those years I spent as an international foreign correspondent for Canadian television. So I was base in India for three and a half years. I was based in Israel for three years covering the war there. And then my last assignment was in China.

Pollution forced the family to leave China

And after only a year in China, I had to evacuate my family because they were all getting so sick they just couldn’t survive there. The pollution was so bad you couldn’t see across the street. When neighbors in our apartment building were renovating the stench from the glues and the formaldehydes and the finishes was so high that we had to put wet towels under our door. Duct tape our duct work.

And this is basically a massive toxic exposure.

Psoriasis Treatment in Dallas

So my wife actually got better from a doctor in Dallas, Texas who was treating the failures of the medical system. He was treating people who were sick from Gulf War syndrome from toxic mold, from toxic exposures and first thing he did for all of them was sweat them in a low heat sauna.

It was a prototype of the sauna and it wasn’t really anything we could bring home. And we needed something that was toxin-free so that my wife could go in it because she was very sensitive to chemicals and still is. We needed something that was portable so I designed this toxin-free, portable and child-safe because my son also had to get in it.

I was thrilled when I was asked to do the interviews for this project. I'm really happy with the way it came out. I hope it's a help to you.

Please take a look.
