Testing for adrenal exhaustion

D: Can diet handle this or do you have to take something besides regular food?

I suggest taking supplements. If you have psoriasis that means you are probably in stage six or seven out of seven stages of adrenal exhaustion. And I don't want you to think you have to go and take expensive tests to find out what stage you're in because it's not necessary.

But if you do, make sure you find a practitioner, this is very important, who does saliva testing not blood. Blood is not accurate and that's the only thing that's covered by insurance for most people.

Now there are some doctors that have gotten more hip to this and are more progressive and there are ways to find practitioners who can do saliva testing but if you get tested make sure you do it with saliva testing.

D: And typically what would a saliva test cost?

It depends on the practitioner. They can sell for up to $250 or $300. When people work with me one-on-one I link them directly up to the lab so they get the wholesale price so it's only $99. And sometimes it's covered by insurance but most doctors will only test your blood and that's covered by insurance but it's not very accurate so it's pretty much a waste of time. But having said this, you don't have to go and get this type of testing. Some people like to do it but if you have psoriasis...let me just tell you, I've never had anybody who had psoriasis not be in stage 6 or 7 of seven stages of adrenal exhaustion.
