Treating symptoms of psoriasis versus treating the underlying cause of psoriasis

D: making when they're trying to seek treatment for their psoriasis?

The biggest people make is treating the symptoms. Using cortisol creams, using inhalers, using these anti-fungal creams or antibiotics. These quick fixes that they think are helping are actually making the problem worse in the long run.

And then the other thing I see people a big mistake is thinking that a topical cream is going to help when it's coming from the inside of your body. It's coming from the inside out so you have to treat the inside.

And there are certain things I recommend in my program that people can get to use topically to help it, in the meantime, to reduce inflammation and help with the cracking and stuff. But that's not going to do it. That's not going to be enough.

You have to pull out the big guns and you have to go work with all of these things at the same time. So it's not just one change that's going to make all the difference. It's ten or eleven little smaller changes that you're making at the same time to attack it from all angles.

So just remember, it's not a quick fix. It's going to be a little bit of a process, but if done right, you can get it to go away and get it to go into remission so you don't notice it. I mean I didn't have another spot of psoriasis for ten years of my life until I went through another period when I was burning the candle at both ends and cheating off of my diet.

Now I know what causes it and I'm like everybody else. Sometimes I don't keep my stress level in check and I can get off balance. I choose to look at it as a blessing...a physical reminder that I can look at and say "OK, it's telling me I have to slow down. I have to take my supplements. I need to get back on track."

D: Is there anything else that people should know about?

No, I guess that's it. For more information, they can go my website WellnessWithRose.com. Please spread this word to anybody you know that has psoriasis or eczema and let them know that it's an adrenal issue and they can get it to go away without any medication. And you can get it to go away permanently by getting to the root cause.

D: That's going to be great news for a lot of people.
